Field Trip Registration

Field Trip policies

All visitors to Living History Days need to fill out the liability waiver. Please download it and have the parent or guardian of each child sign it. When you arrive at the event, there will be a place to drop off the completed waivers.

No refunds will be given for field trips that are cancelled. Registration for field trips will close 7 days before the event starts (September 20, 2024). If you have additional people on the day of the event, or you fail to register in time, you are still welcome to attend at the regular price of $5 per person. If you sign up for a field trip, and then realize you have more people, just come back and sign up again for the additional participants.

This registration is for FRIDAY September 27, 2024 only. If you are planning on coming on Saturday September 28, there is no need to preregister, as Saturdays are less busy.







Please let us know how many vehicles you are bringing that are larger than a 15 passenger van, so we have parking reserved for you.
You can pre-pay for candle dipping and we’ll include a ticket in your packet. You can buy additional candles at the event for the same $3 price.

After clicking “Email Invoice”, an invoice will be generated and emailed to you. You can pay it online, or forward it to the person who handles payments in your school.
